There were 232 housing units at an average density of 144.3 per square mile (55.6/km2). The racial makeup of the town was 93.49% White, 0.63% African American, 0.48% Native American, 1.27% Asian, 0.16% Pacific Islander, 1.43% from other races, and 2.54% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 4.13% of the population. There were 223 households out of which 37.7% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 76.2% were married couples living together, 2.2% had a female householder with no husband present, and 15.7% were non-families. 13.0% of all households were made up of individuals and 2.2% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.83 and the average family size was 3.09.
